Spurs and l'OM are understood to be leading the chase for the speedy Sporting Lisbon forward who has impressed this season.
Doula is currently on international duty for Cameroon and he helped them to a 4-1 success against Benin last week.
He will feature against Libya later this month, by which point he may well have new employers.
"I would like to play in France or England, I do not deny that," Doula told Abola.
"But I cannot accept any club. It has to be better than the Sporting or at the same level."
Sporting are understood to be willing to listen to offers, but Doula insists he is yet to hear of any potential move.
"I do not know anything," he said.
"I find it strange as I would like to know what it is happening, but nobody has spoke to me about this.
"At the moment I only know that I have more three years of contract with the Sporting and nobody has spoke to me about a possible transfer.
"I am calm and concentrated on playing for my country.
"I am happy, the trainer gives me freedom to play and this leaves me very happy."

Si DREYFUS qui parle régulièrement du CAMEROUN tient le même raisonnement que moi, en se basant sur les mêmes éléments, il a raison.N'oublie pas que moi aussi avais dit la même chose il ya quelque temps, ce qui ne veut pas dire que DD est plus talentueux que SEF;tout au contraire.
Je te rappelle que DREYFUS connaît bien le foot africain.
