Cameroon seeks for financial support through the internet
[by Kris SANTIAGO] - The preparation phase and the participation of African silver-medalist Cameroon in the Olympic Qualifying Tournament in July this year is still in doubt as there are still no news if there will be a financial backing from the government, according to head-coach Lazare Adingono who mailed me some days ago.

He also urged me to let all supporters and fans of the national team know, that there is a website he and other supporters created for any financial contribution for a possible trip to Athens:

"All these young talented patriots are ready to go represent not only our country but the entire continent"", tells Adingono from his home in the United States.

Hopefully, Adingono can use the deep pool of talented players in Athens; it would be a shame not to have such a highly motivated national team at the qualifiers.
