i think it is time for us to understand that when someone doesn't like to do something,we shouldn't force him.
Etame has been clear and it is final.he will never play for our national team due to different personal reasons and we have to respect his decision.by the time he was going through hard time because of non payment of his allowances,nobody stood to back him up.many people around the national team kept saying that he is a stranger in the team.lets allow the stranger to quit and lets respect his decision.
as for his place in Arsenal,i think it's just because of injury.although young star Eboue is doing well,if Etame comes back with the form we know,there is no way Eboue could banch him.sometimes experience matters and that is what Arsenal needs now.i mean players with charisma.and i believe Etame has the charisma needed.
as for Mbami,i think he should as fast as possible joing Marseille if he is needed there because after his decision to quit PSG ,it will never be easy for him to have consideration because as of now,he has betrayed the team.Alain Roche said it.( he said that ,Mbami could eventually join the team back but it is not going to be easy for him...)so you can understand what is going to happen..sometimes i believe that some of our players lack maturity.Mbami always think that he is already a star and he is now in a critical situation.lets just hope that everything goes well for him.
i join ytou as you said SEF will do as usual.i think that some people just lack sense of supporting the guy from New Bell may be because they are afraid that someone else could do better but i think that this guy is so motivated and what he needs now is his supporters benediction which could only be through supporting him..
