I understand that Prof Nganang was arrested in Cameroon by the Biya regime but he still remains a francophone. Why would a francophone be the one appearing in front of the US congress to discuss the anglophone crises. He is not himself an anglophone and has never lived that struggle. There are plenty of capable Anglophones who can do that. The Francophone domination continues. Besides, he is for the creation of an independent Southern Cameroons rather he seems to me to be proning for a federation. It makes no sense, a person who does not understand the struggle of an Anglophone completely cannot and should not be the one explaining that struggle to a 3rdparty. I understand the good nature of his intentions and does not eliminate another anglophone to do same in the future but it seems to me a wasted opportunity for the world to understand the problem Anglophones are facing in Cameroon.
