Looking at it critically he did not has the time to build a team, he inherited a team with all its internal and external problems and intrigues. You cannot get anything out of a team under these circumstances.

All the players in exception of (Chupo, Matip, Assou (I am aware of it his action but that do not take away his talent) and Mbia, the rest are all force ball, no concept of team vision and tactical implementation.
Football is 11 against 11 and once the game start you must be able to adjust your playing tactic if your opponent is presenting a system deferent from you plan, if you can’t impose yours, also to be able to win game even with 10men.
Unfortunately this is something this group can’t do on the field and it has nothing to do with Finke. Even Pep, Mourino, Van Gaal....etc will have ended up with the same result, so the problem is not the coach but the players zero!!!!!!!. They cannot concentrate or implement any tactic given to them or both.
The way forward is get rid of all the guys and keep Chupo, Matip, Assou, Mbia, Sally, Djungue, and Olinga. Look within the junior and cadet teams for players not forgetting the group in Jr FCB.
Regrading Fecafoot, no need to worry I know Koudengui is not that far. Awona should talk to Iya even Blatter could help.
