I agree with you X-Man... completely. My issue with the players (Eto'o in particular) is why does he decide to start a fight like this 1 week prior to the WC? Why didn't he engage this fight after the Portugal game? Why was he not staying in the hotel with the team while in Yaounde?
To Finke: Explain to me why Chedjou started that game ahead of Matip? Explain to me his subs. At 1-0 against Mexico we were literally out of the WC and had nothing (absolutely nothing) to lose, why not throw in Salli & Aboubakar? Why wait 70 mins to remove Song who was a complete disaster? Why didn't he re-organize the team & take out both Enoh & Moukandjo who were clueless on the pitch? What exactly was he trying to protect at that point? There was absolutely nothing else to lose the moment we went down!!!
Watch little Keshi who was a player while Finke was already a seasoned coach, give us a tactical lesson this WC.
