It appears to be highly unlikely that Cameroonian international Mohamadou Idrissou will still be wearing the shirt of Bundesliga outfit Freiburg beyond the end of this season.

The 29-year-old attacker was somewhat surprisingly benched for the important league game against Hertha Berlin at the weekend after he had misbehaved in thje build-up to the game, and he now appears to on his way out of the club.

"There have happened some unacceptable things between Friday and Sunday and I had no other choice but to bench him. His behaviour is damaging for the team spirit. That's all I want to say about it," said head coach Robin Dutt to local reporters.

Idrissou appears to be fed up with his situation at Freiburg and says he is looking forward to leaving the club this summer.

"I really don't care about playing with you guys anymore. I'm not interested in playing against relegation, as I'll play Champions League next term," Idrissou is alleged to have said by some of his team-mates.

The strong forward has an expiring contract at Freiburg and is continually being linked with Gelsenkirchen side Schalke. Freiburg were keen to hold on to Idrissou, but it remains to be seen whether they're still considering offering him a new contract after his recent behaviour
Merci de patienter...
