I have to say that your system is a bit risky to say the least.....that system requires a defence that knows each other inside out very well and I dont think that is the case with ours as Mbia, Nkoulou and Bassong would not have played enough games to know each other role on the pitch.
Defense in football is a very tricky area which need to be handled with great care, we can not afford to change it radically like you propose at 4 months of a major competition and with a maximum of 3 friendly games to practice it.
That is why I believe that we should play with a flat back four as we have done so far, the key thing would be to find the right combination in the middle of the defense. nkoulou/Mbia looks the best option at this moment in time but so many things can change before june.
