Of course I agree with you that a good leadership doesn't happens just like in fairy tales! But do not forget that this aspect of the team management will be very important in just 5 months from now in South Africa! No Great teams without great Captain!
That's why I insist on the fact that we're all responsible for carrying on that leadership and showing the way, hoping that any player could come out here and read us!
But don't worry, my purpose is not to set in here, and sing the same old song over and over again! Other Tolians are best suited for that lol!
Anyhow, as you know on this Toli, debates just come and go by themselves:)
