And to think that Internet has not been restored in all Anglophone Cameroon but only in areas where the Commonwealth Chief Scribe Ms Scotland will visit is sick!!
On a side note, the 500,000 free laptops for Cameroon university students have finally arrived apparently and my source is telling me that they cost taxpayers 75 billion francs CFA (~$128 million), a loan from EXIM Bank in China.
Not smart from the PRC adding to the debt something to be used as his 2018 campaign propaganda.!!
