c un véritable jeu d'enfants ke de semer une concurrence artificielle entre le groupe Bollore et le groupe Lafarge qui se sucrent au Cameroun très tranquillement. On peut créer des guerres de clans entre les employés et les répendre à la direction avec un mini feu et une très grosse fumée...

je sens que la décolonisation de l'Afrique va dépendre de notre aptitude à semer la zizanie dans le camps européens, il faut dire que si ils ne s'etaient pas associer pour bombarder la lybie jamais ils n'auraient pu venir à bout de Kaddhafi.
Les africains doivent réfléchir sur les voies et moyens pour créer du désordre politique et social dans ces pays occidentaux en créant de sérieux conflits d'intérêts. Il faut que socialistes et UMP ne puissent plus se regarder...., qu'on réveille les nationalismes et les tribalismes européens kom ils n'ont pas hésité à diviser les bétés et les nordistes ivoiriens etc ....

si tu veux brûles ta bible, comme on dit, Dieu ne force personne. Si tu estimes que je si je demande aux africains de prier ca veut dire que tu es dans une "born again" ou "nlle eglise du Christ" c ton droit.
tu essais de séparer le bon grain de l'ivrais, mais fais attention de ne pas jeter le bon grain ... pour le faire il faut connaître les fondements de l'église sinon tu peux t'égarer dans cet exercice spirituel compliqué...

Vitol declined to comment. However, sources close to the firm said that, although the Government had “clearly been helpful†in facilitating the deal, the American government and others were also involved. “Many companies were asked to get involved, but no one else was prepared to step up,†said one source. “There was a payment and safety risk.â€
In 2008, it emerged that Mr Duncan’s private office was being funded by donations from the chairman of Vitol.
In the 1990s, Vitol paid $1 million to Arkan, a war criminal, to act as a fixer on a business deal in Slobodan Milosevic’s Serbia that had collapsed. In 2007, the company was fined over the oil-for-food scandal for dealing with the Iraqi government under Saddam Hussein. Vitol pleaded guilty to larceny in a New York court and paid $13 million to the Iraqi people in restitution.

Mr Duncan’s private office received funding from the head of Vitol before the general election. Ian Taylor, the company’s chief executive and a friend of Mr Duncan, has given more than £200,000 to the Conservatives.
Vitol is thought to be the only oil firm to have traded with the rebels during the Libyan conflict. Oil industry sources said that other firms including BP, Shell and Glencore had not been approached over the deal. One well-placed source said this was “very surprising†because other companies would have been keen to be involved.
Last night the Coalition was under pressure to disclose details of Mr Duncan’s role in securing the deal, worth about $1billion (£618million). The firm is thought to have supplied fuel and associated products to the rebels and traded oil on their behalf.
The controversial firm has previously been fined for breaching sanctions and paid money to Arkan, the Serbian warlord, allegedly for oil contracts.
Sources at other oil firms described the situation as “highly unusualâ€. Companies are rushing to secure deals with the rebels in Libya, which has some of the largest oil reserves in the world. An Italian oil firm sent a tanker to Benghazi during the conflict but was forced to turn away from the port.

The rebels did not have access to significant sources of finance, meaning that Vitol agreed to deals without upfront payments and is understood to only now be receiving funds. C’est ce que révèle un document sur les actifs à l’étranger du fonds souverain Libyan Investment Authority (LIA), publié le 25 mai par l’ONG Global Witness et validé par le cabinet d’audit KPMG.
D’après ce document, le bras armé financier du colonel à l’étranger possédait, au 30 juin 2010, un portefeuille de 53,3 milliards de dollars (37,6 milliards d’euros) d’actifs. Soit le tiers des avoirs libyens hors du pays, estimés au total à 150 milliards de dollars. Et théoriquement gelés.
Manque de Flair
Ces actifs ont été placés dans des produits très diversifiés : virements en espèces (288 millions d’euros), dépôts dans des banques (14 milliards d’euros), obligations (2,4 milliards d’euros) et prises de participation (3,6 milliards d’euros) dans une cinquantaine de grands groupes occidentaux, comme UniCredit (13,16 % du capital), Siemens (9,20 %), ENI (8,91 %), General Electric (4,16 %), Lagardère (1,19 %), France Télécom (1,02 %), etc.
Mais les conseillers financiers de Kaddafi n’ont pas toujours eu du flair. Rien qu’au deuxième trimestre 2010, le portefeuille du LIA a fondu de 1,7 milliard d’euros. Ce sont surtout les placements dans des produits structurés (ces montages complexes et risqués de plusieurs produits financiers) qui ont plombé les comptes. Trois placements de ce type auprès de la Société générale sont ainsi passés de 1,3 milliard d’euros à 742 millions en trois mois
