@Elecsport

MY opinion IS ALIGNED WITH YOURS BECAUSE in a long run , I WOULD NEVER ADVISE EMBIID NOR ETO'O HOW TO SPEND THEIR MONEY .MY VIEW IS : THEY GAVE YOU A HAND TO EMERGE WHY NOT DOING THE SAME THING JUST BY SHOWING THE SAME WILLINGNESS M'BAH A MOUTÉ DID IN BELIEVING IN YOU AND YOUR POTENTIAL?
BUT TO SAY YOU WANT TO PLAY FOR FRANCE IS AN INSULT FOR A TRUE KAMERUNIAN YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN BY THAT!
NOW I DON'T KNOW HOW ALL THIS WENT THRU: WAS HE APPROACHED OR WAS HE THE ONE WHO MADE THE FIRST MOVE? IDK
BUT FOR HIM TO EVEN THINK ABOUT IT IS ALREADY A WRONG MOVE. WAY BETTER IMO GETTING A US JERSEY, PLAYING FOR THE US INSTEAD OF PLAYING FOR FRANCE AND COLLIDING WITH THAT LITTLE NASTY TONY PARKER.
BY THE WAY , IN TERMS OF MAKING MORE , GIANNIS ANTETOKOUMPO IS MAKING WAY MORE THAN HIM, 2 TIMES MVP, A FRANCHISE PLAYER, TAGGED AT $250M.
ANYWAY , WE'RE JUST SPECULATING.AT THE END OF THE DAY, IT'S UP TO HIM AND HIMSELF.

EMBIID SHOULD STOP THINKING SIAKAM IS HIS FRIEND.THE NBA IS DYING LITTLE BY LITTLE, LOSING HIS COMPETITIVENESS BECAUSE OF THIS body body mentality.NOPE YOU'RE NOT PAID $40M TO TELL US THAT GUY`{SIAKAM} WHO JUST INJURED YOU FOR THE NEXT SERIES IS YOUR FRIEND.
BUT NOW I DON'T KNOW IF HE WILL GET A MAX DEAL OR THE SIXERS WILL START REBUILDING AROUND HIM AGAIN, BECAUSE FOR ME DOC RIVERS DOESN'T HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO LEAD A TEAM TO WIN IT ALL.
JAMES HARDEN SHOULD NOT BE RELEASED.MAXEY IS NOT THERE YET, MAYBE IN A LONG TERM.

@ Yvan,

When i say sponsor the league i was not referring to him using his personal income and I have personally informed Eto through a third party since i have never met the guy to stop spending his children's money on Cameroon football. Of course Embiid should use his money as he wants or desires. He is the first African to gross the kind of money he is making. However, he should stay strong and talk about Africa and Cameroon day in day out and stop shying away from his origins. He should be proud of being a Cameroonian. Those leading fecabasket are not as knowledgeable in the game as himself. He should help develop the game in Cameroon by using his foundation to set up summer camps build basketball courts in major cities.
Embiid can through his foundation sponsor clinics in Cameroon to detect talent in Cameroon just as he was unearth by Mba Amoute is my point. You know Hakeem played for the US Olympic team but it was very inconsequential because he was just another player in the team. Had he played for Nigeria the effect would have been far reaching for the game of basketball in the world because it would have created lots of basketball followers in Nigeria and lots of Nigerian kids would have fallen in love with the game. the last NBA draft had about 9 kids of Nigerian descent amongst the first 20 draft picks. I am not sure you understand what that means for Africa and Nigeria. It gives stock to the African talent in the US. Africans were laughed at in the US and teams shied away from Africans until recently with the emergence of Embiid, Siakam, Giannis and the kid in Miam, Adebayo. My point is Embiid has to think big and understand that the game is bigger than him and playing for Cameroon will give him more money than playing for France in the long run. Embiid just like Mutombo can through his foundation build a hospital in Cameroon without spending his personal money. It depends on his personality and he needs to use it.
the fact that it was rumored that he intended to play for France was very negative and i must insisted might have contributed to him loosing the MVP. It takes a week for ballots to shift.

@ELECTSPORT

I understand what you are trying to say but we have to stop thinking that when someone has some success he hast to invest his money in order to make charity when in front of us people a wasting the resource which are allocated to create this environment for the young generations. It is upon to Biid to feel the necessity to invest his money like he want, we just have to put some pressure to our FECABASKET in order to make sure that they can create a good environment for Siakam and Biid to perform in higher level for Cameroon. We do not have to make the same errors as with SEF who paid some bills for the federation and after that they could not control him anymore. Yes is a shame if he opted to play for the France team but for the rest it is not his job, we have people who are paid to do that. Look at our football clubs, they receive money but they do not pay or want to pay their players and they want results in Africans competition. If Biid feels, the necessity to invest his money in our Basketball infrastructures or something else it will be ok but if he does not want we do not have to criticise him for that.

Now for the rest of your message we are on the same page but for the MVP it was just decided for a long long time, they didn’t want to give him that they waited until the second round to see if he will get sweeped by the Heats but he came and they won now they announce the winner to avoid the discussions but it’s a business award and Biid it’s not bankable as Jokic or Giannis. c 'est vraiment amusant de voir les réactions des algériens qu on peut cotoyer sur place, et les betises qu'on peut lire dans les "RESEAUX SOCIAUX et LA PRESSE".
