@Essos (Pologne)
Thanks for trying to bring an answer to my question. But that is not satisfactory. The visa were denied. Are you insinuating that the Ministry had already well in advanced planned a contingency scenario anticipating the visa denial? not convincing. Visas were denied, things should have ended there. Period. Again, Mr. Towa did not chose to be on the limelight. Mr. Ngoumou decided to do so. All the more he flashed his footbalistic Curriculum vitae (resume) for every Camerounian to see as if to indicate that it was the right decision that was taken. But bethat as it may, I am questioning the judgement of those in the Ministry and perhaps in Fecawhatever, if they were even remotely also involved in this ill-conceived decision not to simply stop there, when the visas were denied pour with the decision to press ahead anyway despite that.
You sir Essos. We are all clamoring the hiring of people with competence. but here we are defending incompetence instead of dealing with it gradually as it show up to get rid of all these people hired on the basis of tribal, sexual, or what have you affinities. I am not the one raising the issue. I got informed about the issue by reading Camerounian papers about it sir. Blame the journalistes who are doing their jobs by showing it to us, not me. Make a survey of Ministerial post in the country. How many belong to a given group? Them make a survey of deputy director, or what have you, How many are they that belong to a given group. So it become then obvious that either these are incompetents who are placed there, or the whole group soon will be labelled as people unable to do the manning of the Store which is the Cameroonian public affair. Could you beleive that people in Cameroon are still unable to get Visas to players on time? Could you beleive that people tried to submit visas applications of palyers to the German Consulate knowingly that there were among them with no passport? who screened the dossier before submitting them them to the German consulate? Those are hard questions we should begin not to overlook as usual sir.
