So let’s not rush this time around. Let’s draw on past disappointing experiences from bad judgments that were made in the past. As we can see, it is troubling that we in Cameroon still have to rely on the Chinese for example to build our roads? That is unacceptable. It means the transfer of knowledge to Cameroonians for building roads was not adequate and the deciders should go back to the drawing board concerning education, and application of what is taught and how to use it. We cannot accept to see Chinese build roads if we do not master the maintenance of the roads. Hence if they build the roads for us, this amounts to doing the same things over again as in the past.
