ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC is prepared to join Chelsea from Juventus — providing he can bank wages of £80,000 a week AFTER TAX.
The Swedish international striker, rated at £28million, is on Jose Mourinho’s summer hitlist.
But Ibrahimovic, 24, is demanding the reigning Premiership champs make him one of their top earners on more than £5m a year.
The highly-rated hitman has become disillusioned with life at Juve, while his girlfriend is believed to hate Turin.
Ibrahimovic has instructed agent Mino Raiola to find him another club — with Spanish giants Real Madrid also interested.
Chelsea will cast their net as wide as possible with AC Milan’s Andriy Shevchenko, Adriano of Inter Milan and Barcelona’s ***Samuel Eto’o*** also on the list.
Ibrahimovic may be the easiest to land. He scored 16 goals in Juventus’ title-winning campaign last season after an £11m move from Ajax but had his request for a pay rise rejected — although he still earns £3m a season.
