We shouldn't be happy just by going to the worldcup, we should have a goal of wanting to win the cup. Our results on world cup history have been poor, lets stop keeping 1990 and call ourself a big team. Lets go after the worldcup. It is about time an African wins worldcup. You are right about the field issue. A big football nation like Cameroon does not have a single field. If you tell any person you are from Cameroon, the reply from the perons mouth will be "ROGER MILLA". This is the only thing we have earn respect and yet we can't host the nation cup. Poorer countries like B. faso , Mali have hosted it. Nigeria hosts it every third time, as well as Egypt. Host it could even be good on our economics on the long run. Nigeria has build a sport city[ a field compares to stat de france, price 700 million USD, The reason why it is cheap is because of the cheap African labour. The question is where is Cameroon in 10 years time.
