MILAN - Pierre Wome was among the Nerazzurri players interviewed by Inter Channel after Thursday's Tim Cup match against Parma. "I felt a bit tired because I'm not playing every Sunday," the Cameroonian defender said. "But right from the start of my Inter adventure I knew that it would have been hard to get a place in the team. I hope to make sure I'm always ready for when called into action and I will do my best to be."
On his non-participation in the African Nations Cup, Wome said: "There are no explanations, the coach called me and told me the (Cameroonian) FA had a few problems with my presence. I replied saying I wouldn't go; I will have more chances to train with Inter and concentrate my hardest on the upcoming championship and Champions League matches."
