Angola exclude Mantorras
Pedro Mantorras will not available for their friendly against Japan
Angola have left out Portugal-based Pedro Mantorras for their international friendly against Japan on 16 November.
Experienced midfielder Andre will also miss the match scheduled for Tokyo.
Without going into the details of their omission, coach Luis Oliveira Goncalves named his 21-man squad for the friendly, the first match for the Angolans since securing qualification for next year's World Cup finals in Germany.
Midfielder Alex, from the newly-crowned league champions Sagrada Esperanca, was handed his first call-up while uncapped striker Edson from Portuguese club Pacos Ferreira returns to the squad.
Coach Goncalves also recalled veteran midfielder Simao of AS Aviacao and Joel from fellow cup finalists InterClube.
