Organizing an ACN will not of course develop a country as we know that Mali, Senegal, Gabon, are still poor Africa; I would think that organizing a CAN doesn’t upgrade a country, but shows at least a will to do so, therefore, it’s not a final achievement. It’s not a cause of development, it’s not a consequense of development, it’s a mark, it’s a sign. It’s to say, « Hey do you see ?! We are moving on, moving up!! ». It’s a political act !
It’s so therefore mental! It’s mental folks: by achieving that, we know we break a barrier, we’ll say « we can do it too!! » That’s where the youth will grab the message, the outbreaks, and carry on. It’s mental, just mental!! And Vive Tara(the first one I prefered), mascot of this coming competition !
