An Mp. 4) Perfectly bilingual. 5) masters most of the cultures of this nation. 6) is younger and energetic. 7)has a program that meets the aspirations of all segments of this society. 8) innovative and proactive. 9) has spent ample time in both french and English zones. And finally 10) is a grassroot politician.
