Please keep on denouncing this Prime Potomac scam. Just a month ago, that company could not even fulfill the simple mandate of building just one stadium in Bamenda, Bangangté, Bafia et Sangmélima. What makes our governement think they can achieve that in Garoua? Honestly, who conducts RFPs in this country? Our procurement process is definitely deficient. More puzzling, the new contract includes the construction of a 4-star hotel. Can Prime Potomac prove or at least provide any public record of such a deliverable? I'm afraid we are asking a car mechanic to build a boat. Don't bite more than you can chew.
It's also funny how he leverages American diplomacy as a seal of legitimacy. Well, the USA are not without fault. Weren't they involved in drug trafficking in Columbia? How about the sale of arms in the Middle East? That does not make those businesses cleaner and more ethical?
