3.5 Millions in the U.S. Climbed Out of Poverty in 2015 alone according to the new US census data released this month and African-Americans and Hispanics who account for more than 45 percent of those below the poverty line of $24,300 for a family of four in most states experienced the largest improvement.
The Survey shows that the percentage of people with health insurance coverage for all or part of 2015 was 90.9 percent, higher than the rate in 2014 (89.6 percent).
The poverty rate for families and the number of families in poverty were 10.4 percent and 8.6 million in 2015, a decrease from 11.6 percent and 9.5 million families in 2014.
So much for the Obama's haters...

I hear you... the point I am trying to make is in the same way people are going above an beyond complaining about anyone & their kids for the shortcomings of our continent, other people (Afro-descendants 4 example) can also make a case that we (Africans) are to blame for their plights, especially in the US, in Brazil or Haiti... plus it doesn't help that a lot of African leaving there adopt an attitude of superiority which I blame on their European upbringings.
Enough with the talking the talk, how many countries in Africa have adopted any policy geared toward this diaspora as Israel, Ireland, India, Italy all do...
