The Turin-based side sealed a &uro;20-million (about R160-million) deal with Arsenal for the French international midfielder on Thursday.
"Vieira has signed and is happy with the deal. It is all sorted out," a spokesperson for the club said on Friday.
Vieira, who helped Arsenal to win seven major domestic titles during his nine-year stay, was due to be presented to the media later in the day.
