That is because CotonSport is indirectly run by Cameroonian taxpayers! They have the cash flow to do whatever they want. They play & train at a fairly ok state owned stadium... From that perspective they should be winning or playing the finals of the CAF champions League at least once every 4 years... so in my opinion, they haven't done nearly enough yet!
