You guys dont seem to be versed with what is going on. This is what is happening... a complain has been deposited by Fecafoot at the TAS against the suspension of Cameroon and Fecafoot in particular by Fifa. According to the rules and regulations of Tas, this procedure takes some time before a decision is reached at.. but what is happening now is that Fecafoot has demanded and paid for a speedy procedure. TAS which is affiliated to FIFA, has asked Fifa for permission to undergo this speedy procedure since it is aginst Fifa. TAS is hoping to get a reply from FIFA before the 16th if possible to go ahead with this speedy procedure.( reason why a declaration has been demanded from Fifa by TAS). If Fifa fails to respond by the 16th, then TAS has no choice than to apply the normal procedure which takes time to abitrate on the issue. It is not like in Cameroon where those with much influence decides how a case is judged.. no this is Fifa and Tas, not cour supreme and RDPC.
You guys should also know that article 69 of the Fifa regulations stipulates that any suspension is not subjected to any appeal or reversal. Therefore, no matter what TAS comes out with as judgement, Cameroon will only have to create the normalisation committee as demanded by Fifa. I am also for a change but You guys are getting over excited
N.B This is a scoop I am giving you, The presidency has instructed those concern to adhere to the conditions given by Fifa in the days ahead. Dont also forget that TAS was created by FIFA to abitrate mostly cases concerning players, teams and intra sporting problems. So it is like reporting Fifa to Fifa, or better still reporting RDPC to the supreme court lol!!
