The man's French passport contained Mr Kingue's name and date of birth but with the photograph of another man. The impostor was arrested in Melbourne while trying to set up a counterfeiting scam and the Victorian County Court ordered his deportation. The man's lawyer, Paul Duggan, said his client, who was born in Cameroon, had received a Cameroon passport in the mail while in detention. The passport was still in Mr Kingue's name.Two days after he received the new passport, Australian officials deported the man to an unstated destination.
