Why not? If Biya has vehemently promoted corruption and just about every form of mismanagement humanly possible, why won't he be responsible? Cameroonian institutions & those who head those institutions are a perfect representation of the society that fool-Biya, has instituted! That includes FECAFOOT! A country where no one is held responsible for anything. That is not a country, but more like someone managing their personal finances as they see fit with complete disregard of those bringing in the income.
