I ain't trying to talk down all the good things Kadhafi has done.Thought I made it clear. Still,it's time for leaders in Africa to act responsibly all the way.I've been in Lybia on four occasions during the last 6 years nd have seen how he has worked for the country,but at the same time the very same guy threatened to kill thousands if not millions of Lybians to secure its regime. It's right to do good 80% of the time and do swful things dor the remaining 20%?
And please, I judge every situation independantly
