Now that Gaddafi is dead, how will the African Monetary Fund regain itself (notice that the African Monetary Fund was scheduled to be on complete operation in these coming 3 years)?!
How about the continuity of the RASCOM project, the african communication satellite project, mainly financed by Gaddafy's Lybia?!
We can wonder the same for The African Unity project!
We don't have the choice to consider that Gaddafi by his death is leaving us no choices: we have to reorganize ourselves in order to raise funds in a more balanced way among the countries of the Union. Gaddafy had a tremendous importance in the overall weight of african progress.
I believe the lesson he tells us after his death is: "Now you know what you have to do, I've helped you on the way, you guys are numerous now, you need to work together without me, you can do it and that's the only way!!"
And as they say in french, "A bon entendeur salut! ": A word to the wise is enough.
