“As member of the African Union (AU), an organisation, which has so far not recognised the legitimacy of the government of Laurent Gbgbo, we have decided not to grant him a visa,†he added.
Pressure has been mounting on Gbagbo to hand over power to Alassane Ouattara, the man recognised by the international community to have won the controversial 28 November presidential run-off election in the West African state.
