In fairness, management was poor....extremely poor...as a half decent coach would have done much better with the players at his disposition in that team.....BUT....still you expect players to perform with a degree of maturity as they are professional first and foremost and that maturity lacks greatly in the case of Emana, he does play like he was in a sunday morning macth between friends....
Regarding whose fault it is (the defeats).....I blame the coach as he is the captain of that boat....the buck sticks with him...if he was not up to it...he should have resigned....
