Barca increase Eto'o offer
Barcelona have made Real Mallorca a fresh $25.2m bid for Cameroon international Samuel Eto'o, according to the Spanish club's president Joan Laporta.
Sources close to Mallorca said that French club Marseille have also offered $28.8m for Eto'o while Real Madrid - who own half of the striker's contract - have tendered a bid in the region of $12m.
But the African Player of the Year has said that were he to be transferred he would not want to go anywhere but Barcelona.
Real Madrid loaned out Eto'o to Real Mallorca in 2000 retaining a 50 percent stake in him, yet after his brilliant form last season they now want him back.
Since his move the 23-year-old has struck form with a vengeance, scoring 54 league goals.
