Il n'ya qu'au Cameroun que le president de la republique fait ce qu'il veut sans etre inquiete' et meme changer la constitution a son avantage.
Voici ce qui vient de se produire en Hondura: Le president de l'Hondura a pense' et voulu faire un referendum pour voir des chances de se presenter au prochaine election, mais la resultat ne s'est pas fait attendre: il a ete dechu de ses fonctions immediatement. Le president a pour fonction de preserver la constitution et de defendre l'interet du pays.
