Je viens de lire ceci quelque part pendant mon habituel tour d'horizons des site Camerounais:
Faculties of Medicines for Douala, Buea - A Giant Leap Forward
The creation of new facilities for the training of medical doctors and engineers in Cameroon has been hailed as timely. The Head of State, President Paul Biya yesterday authorized the effective opening this academic year of the faculties of medicines and engineering in the University of Douala and the medical component of the faculty of medicines in the University of Buea. The President also authorized the creation of an annex of the Higher Teachers' Training College in Maroua. The decision has been greeted with joy and relief across the country. The Minister of Higher Education has already instructed the rectors of the Universities concerned to proceed without delay to organise competitive examinations for the admission of candidates for the newly created departments.

Le Ministre a bien dit Competitive Exams?, Est-ce le Ministre vit dans la realite? Les Notes au Bachot sont suffisant. Le Cameroun a besoin de saturer son territoire de Medecins, pour combler l'absence criante au 21 siecle. Quels pays conscient utilise encore les soit disant competitive exams? Cela entraine plutot la fraude.
