Barcelona president, Joan Laporta, was impressed with Samuel Eto’o’s attitude during the friendly game against Dundee United and his words seem to indicate the player may remain at the club.

The striker has been linked with moves to almost every major European side but the chief’s words have led to speculation the player’s future may lie at Camp Nou after all.
“I am delighted with Eto’o’s attitude,†said Laporta after the game.
“I agree that Samuel is a great player just like the others in our team.â€
Journalists then began to ask the chief to elaborate on Eto’o’s future but, like the Cameroonian on the night, Laporta skipped past the challenges and raced away in a huff.
Eto`o`s future is still in doubt and, although many clubs are interested in his services, his high price tag and mega wage demands seem to have the undesired effects as teams pull out of any potential deal when they hear the figures.
