Henri Bedimo quitte le Cameroun en 1999 pour intégrer le centre de formation du Grenoble Foot 38. Il évolue dans les équipes de jeunes du club isèrois jusqu’en 2003. Le défenseur est alors recruté par le Toulouse FC et signe son premier contrat professionnel.
Bedimo dispute son premier match dans le championnat de France en août 2004. Il prend part à 15 rencontres et est titularisé à 6 reprises lors de la saison 2004-2005. La saison suivante, il joue 8 matches de Ligue 1, dont 3 en tant que titulaire.
En 2006, il part en prêt au Le Havre AC et dispute 23 matches de Ligue 2. L’année suivante, il est recruté par un autre club de 2e division, La Berrichonne de Châteauroux. Bedimo s’impose comme titulaire durant la saison 2007-2008. Son club est approché par l’AS Monaco en janvier 2008, puis par le Grenoble Foot 38 en juillet, mais souhaite le conserver.
Paul Le Guen ne change pratiquement rien au groupe qui lui permet jusqu’ici de redonner le succès aux lions indomptables du Cameroun. Ses hommes seront opposés dans une rencontre déterminante aux éperviers du Togo à Mfandena.

dj20cent, noel, à ce que je sache, il n’y a aucun prix en jeu sur ce site qui prime le meilleur participant au forum. alors vous n’êtes pas obligés de toujours intervenir...si l’oisiveté vs parait si insupportable que celà, au lieu de venir pondre vos remarques ridicules ici, vous pourriez faire valoir vos talents auprès des filles par exemple, prcq là au moins, pas besoin d’apprentissage, fleurette est innée en chacun. manifestement le football c’est pas votre dada, alors laissez le sélectionneur faire son boulot. Somen du sommet de sa forme actuelle en est à son sixième but de la saison, pour 1 milieu défensif (son poste en club) seul franck lampard peut faire mieux. quant à Webo, il abat 1 important travail de fixation des défenses, ce qui libère des espaces pour eto’o et compagnie...si tu n’es pas foutu de comprendre celà, alors tu peux la boucler. Bedimo de son côté est 1 très bon arrère gauche, comme le dit l’article, Monaco a insisté pour le recruter la saison dernière mais chatauroux n’a pas voulu le libérer lors du mercato d’hivers. PLG n’est pas allé le chercher par hasard et d’ailleurs, qui es-tu pour critiquer 1 joueur que tu n’as même pas encore vu jouer ? PLG a prouvé en qlq jrs qu’il était à la hauteur alors laissez-le faire son travail ; tu parles de n’gog a-t-il accepté de venir jouer avec le camer. n’est ce pas lui, le petit boutonneux qui pose des préalables pr venir en sélection ? ferait-il de même pr l’EDF ? Bikey is a good player ; but he needs to taime his wild side a little bit.

cette liste n est pas la bonne ...malheureusement pour Assou ki s est place ,nous avons tous vu le role qu il a joue dans cette equipe lors des 2 derniers Matches...Parlant de Bikey,Quand meme j ai regarde ce nullard joue en a Domicile ici ,le mec a aucun knowledge d emplacement et chaque fois qu il perd une balle devant un attaquant(comme toujours) c est la panique car attendons nous a un Penalty.
Notre grand Magnan Song a concu moin de penalties dans ces 10 and et plus dans l equipe Nationale que ce nullard de Bikey ...Normalement il ne doit plus joue avec les Lions...

je pense que OBAMA a tout éclairci sur webo et autres. Et a propos de choupo que je connais personnellement, je ne pense pas malgré son énorme talent, qu’il ait le niveau pour jouer avec nos seniors.

j’espère que dorénavant tu prendras la peine de mûrir tes idées avant de les exposées ici.Ce site n’est pas un fan club mais une plate forme des amoureux du football et patriotes du Cameroun.
Le Togo a la defense la plus compacte de cette poule.Pour les destabiliser il faudra quelque chose de plus.Mais Je pense qu’aligner Somen Eto’o et Alo’o d’entree va resoudre leur probleme.
Pour ceux qui pleurent les Ngog et Moting etc sachez que PLG veut toute la concentration possible pour ce match tres important pour la qualification donc il n’yaura pas de temps pour integrer les nouveaux joueuers dans le systeme.Il veut simplement parfaire le systeme qui existe deja pour venir a bout du Togo et peut etre obtenir directement la qualification.Apres quoi il y a un match amical le 14 contre l’Angola.Je me dis qu’il a peut etre convoquer d’autres nouveaux joueuers pour les voir en oeuvre lors de ce match mais cela restera secret pour cause de distraction lors de la concentration pour le Togo.
J’aimerai aussi demandé a certains de mes freres sur ce forum de cessé d’insulté les autres,il y a d’autres manieres de contredire les arguments des autres quand on s’enerve sans les insulté.

Pour le poste de latéral gauche au cameroun on aime trop sa .. le petit n’a même pas foulé la pelouse que les critiquent fusent de toute part... alors que les 3/4 ne l’ont jamais vu jouer et seront demain les même s’il nous sort un gros match a dire "ah je voulais l’avait dis le petit la est bon"... je peux comprendre cependant que l’on se demande pourquoi pas atouba qui joue dans un meilleurs club et a l’expérience de la nat...
Pour Bikey .. tous ce qui le traite de nullard sont des ignorant du foot ... j’ai vu 3/4 de ses matchs avec burnley ce gars la c’est un bon défeseur après si c’est pour regarder un match ou toute l’équipe est mise a mal et qu’il n’est pas dans son match pour critiquer alors j’aimerais les mêmes critiques pour un gars comme Nkoulou qui aujourd’hui est relégué sur le banc a monaco parce qu’il a raté 2 matchs en début de saison...
Pour finir la liste est normal c’est pas entre 2 matchs sans match amicaux que l’on va sortir des noms pour faire plaisir au gens .. on a gagné trois match en marquand 2 buts a chaque match !!!

bedimo est en france depuis 10ans ,alors,s’il avait kelke qualités ,,c’est que depuis ces 10dernières années,il aurait tapé dans l’oeil d’un des multiples selectionneurs du kamer.

A un moment, on était convaincu que notre nouveau coach était à court terme capable de nous donner des lions indomptables oû seul les meilleurs étaient conviés. En même temps on ne peu pas nier le travail de fond que notre cher Paul a réalisé jusqu’ici. Ce que moi je déplore de concert avec Bon nombre de Camerounais objectifs, c’est notre ligne d’attaque. on ne peu pas garder un avant centre qui n’est réaliste ni en club ni en sélection. On peut comprendre qu’il joue un rôle de fixer la deffence, de pouvoir jouer de la tête mais je crois que ça ne nous a pas rapporté grand chose, car les 4 buts que nous marquons contre le Gabon 2 (match aller) sont le fruit du genie de Samy & J II Makoun et Achilo. les 2 autres sont le fruit du caffouillage. Il est temps de nous faire venir le jeune DAVID NGOG que tout le monde voit jouer à Liverpool qui est capable à mon avis de fixer aussi une deffence, en plus de cela il marque les buts pour le peu de temps qu’on lui accorde en club pourquoi pas en sélection. Ce qui m’intrigue c’est que tous les Camerounais voient ce garçon jouer en Angleterre, mais peu sont ceux qui parlent de sa sélection au sein de nos indomptable Lion. Je crois que notre DAVID n’est pas ou ne sera pas victime du phénomène de parainnage que moi je croyais être désormais une histoire ancienne. Coach s’il vous plaît, nous avons besoin d’un avant centre digne de ce nom, je suis convaincu que vous êtes mieux averti à ce sujet.

My only concerned was Henri Bedimo, because I have never heard that name... but I checked his profile and he seems to be interesting since he is a regular player for his club. He played 20 games last season and has already played 8 this season.

why do people make conclusions about a player thay have never seen play before ? Bedimo has barely even had one training session and all hell is turned loose on him already. Everybody agree that this guys is a talented player but he is not that good. He is just one of hundred camerounians above the average that could be incorporated in our team. KEN asked a simple question : where have you seen Ngog playing to make such an appreciation ? Since his arrival at Liverpool, he scarcely play more than ten minutes per match except when Benitez deciede to make a turn over during the Cup matches.

This policy of double standards as protrayed by Euroboy’s comments never cease to amaze me. When Song played for Liverpool or West Ham and was on the bench, people said he wasn’t good enough. Ngog plays against lesser opponents and scores and he’s a great player. We need to see this guy play against a big side either in England or elsewhere in Europe before we can say he’s that great a player.

Some players are not cut out for the English League. I think Ngog is one of them as opposed to George Elokobi who grew up in part in the UK and Cameroon.All said and done, let’s have faith in PLG as most surfers have said. This guy plays for Fc Nünberg here in Germany. This is a newly promoted team to the German Bundes liga. Choupo is a Hamburg player but was loaned out to Nürnburg because he could not break into the first team, with the likes of Petric, Guererro, and the newly acquired Markus Berg. Choupo was once called to represent cameroon at the under 20 level, but he did not turn up and preferred to go to a training camp with the German u-20. He already has 7 games for the German u-20 but has fail to break into the German u-20 team. So right now, he has no chance of playing for the German national team. He only became popular in Cameroon because of the famous goal he scored against Bayern Munchen two weeks ago, after comming from the bench. He is not even a regular player at the lowly rated Nürnberg Fc. This is not the kind of player we need at our national team.
Webo
This is another striker who has also failed to cement a sarting sport at Mallorca. he mostly plays cup matches in spain and in La Liga, he is used as a substitute most of the time. His best days have gone by. Nonetheless, he is an opportunistic striker and can score on a very good day when his horoscope is up. The Cameroonian national team needs a constant peformer and not an opportunist.
Ngog
Great talent but does not have enough playing time because of the presence of Torress and Kuyt. But he has always proven himself when given the opportuinity. He will surely do well if selected for the indomitable lions. The question is "will he honour a call to represent Cameroon ?"
With the present 4-3-3 system paul Le Guen is implementing in Cameroon, we need a very mobile front three which can interchange position at any given time in the match. we need mobile stricker who can play any where along the front line from left, center and right.
Based on performance, the best three in my opinion are Alou, Somen and Eto’o. Eto’o is always very impressive. Somen, voted player of the year last season in Austria has just started this season with a fine form, with 6 goals already for his club Red bull salzburg in the Austrian league. Alou voted best player of league 2 in France last year has also made a fine start to this season scoring 4 goals for his league 1 side Nancy.
A midfield with a lot of creativity will be needed to suport the front three and Alex song, Emana and Makoun are capable of doing more than a great job.
Our main problem is the right back position. Geremi is getting old and would not be able to stand againts a very young and fast winger. Binya is young and fast and would be a better option for this position. The central pair of Nkoulou and Bassong have proven to be impecable, while Asou-Ekotto has cemented his position on left back. Kameni Carlos is no doubt one of the finest goal kippers in the continent at moment.
This team proposed will surely grace the world cup 2010 in south Africa and make Africa proud.

Je suis tout à fait d’accord avec ce que tu viens d’écrire au sujet de David Ngog et Maxim Choupo-Moting. Quant à tes dires eu égard à Achille Webo, la phrase ci-dessous a retenu mon attention :

Chaque équipe a besoin d’un joueur attentiste et/ou chanceux. Nous l’avons vu avec J-P Papin dans l’équipe de France du mondial mexicain ainsi qu’avec un certain Gary Lineker en 1990. Les deux joueurs cités plus haut n’avaient pas le niveau d’un Achille Webo. La preuve c’est que ni Papin ni Lineker n’ont pas pu tirer leur épingle de jeu dans une grande équipe comme le Barca. Et pourtant ces deux joueurs avaient leur mot à dire quant à la qualification et au parcours tant de la France que de l’Angleterre pour les matches éliminatoires et lors des mondiaux 1986 et 1990.
Je partage entièrement ton analyse d’après laquelle Alo’o Efoulou est une foudre en tant qu’attaquant. Il faut qu’on se rappelle la finition approximative de notre jeune attaquant durant le match Cameroun-Gabon joué le 9 septembre 2009 à Yaoundé. Alo’o Efoulou devrait marquer au moins un but sur les trois occasions en or qui se sont présentées à lui tout seul. PLG a raison de le faire jouer comme joker. A mon humble avis, il n’a qu’à jouer le même rôle comme celui qui revenait à MILLA Roger lors du mondial 1990. On commence d’abord avec Webo,( comme on le faisait avec Njonkiep et Milla dans le temps) pour faire entrer Alo’o Efoulou en 2e mi-temps.
Je connais bien l’Angleterre pour y avoir vécu pendant longtemps avant de trouver le pré vert ailleurs. J’avais laissé entendre sur ce forum-ci qu’une équipe comme Liverpool surtout avec l’arrivée de l’Espanol Benitez ne s’intéresse pas aux Africains pure source. Je viens d’apprendre que David Ngog a été convoqué chez les Espoirs français. Le bonhomme ne s’intéresse pas aux LIC pour l’instant. Mais dès que l’on va lui faire mordre la poussière chez les Seniors en France, il chercherait à rejoindre les LIC. Il aura fort à faire avec les jeunes loups aux dents très longues, issus du roller-compresseur des écoles de foot au Cameroun.

My analysis was based on the system Paul Le guen has introduced to the national team and on the best strikers we have in the game at moment. I am not of the opinion that Webo should not be called, but I am of the opinion that webo should not start ahead of people like Alou and Somen, based on the current form of the players.
Yesterday, I watch Somen play against Villarreal in the uefa cup. He was voted man of the match and he scored a splendit goal that seal the victory for the Red bull Salzburg team. He played from the start on the right handside of the attack, and finished the game in a more central role when Mark Janko was substituted. He likes runing at the defenders and he is also a clinical finisher. He is a great team player and also has alot of ball control. Above all his height will give a new dimension to our attack line.
With Somen, we can play many differnt systems in a game... we can play a short passing and possesion game or a long ball game to by pass the midfield using him as a pivot or reference point in our attackline, based on his height and ball control, just like how inter milan played last year with Ibrahimovic.
Webo is more of a central striker and has his own characteristics. The 4-3-3 system of play needs more mobility at the front line which webo does not provide. My suggestion is that we play Eto’o as our central striker, being supported by Alou on the right and Somen on the left. That way Somen would be compensating for the more physical presence and the height of Webo, while Alou and Eto will provide the needed fluidity and sumblime play needed in this system. If we were playing with a 4-4-2 or dimond shaped mid field with just two strikers up front, I would suggest that we play Webo as the main striker being supported by Eto’o.
I have also not mention Meyong Ze who is doing beautifully well with his club Sporting Braga in Portugal. he is a player who can also give us another dimension up front with his own charateristics.
my conclusion is that we should have all the five mention strikers available in our teams as we could change the playing system based on the condition of the game and also on the nature of the opponent. This way, we would be less predictable, instead of staying with the conventional 4-3-3 playing system all the time. If we adopt the 4-3-3 system as our default system of play, then the best attacking trident to suit this system at our disposal now is Somen, Eto’o and Alou.
Pour nous autres, adepte du beau jeu, c’est bien de voir les dirigeants khmers miser de nouveau sur un football plus offensif et spectaculaire en alignant ensemble des joueurs comme Etoo, Emana et Alou efoulou ou même Job lors 2 derniers matchs. L’histoire montre que lorsque le Cameroun joue bien, il peut battre n’importe qu’elle équipe comme en 1990 et en 2000 pour les JOs. Mais lorsqu’ils veulent brutaliser le jeu avec des joueurs comme Webo, Bickey, Mbia, Billong ou Womé, ça devient de la physi-culture comme lors du cafouillage du mondial 2002 et de la débâcle de 2006.
Avec cette équipe "new look",le Cameroun ne devrait pas avoir de problème pour assurer l’essentiel contre le Togo (2-1) et se mettre à l’abri. Mais attention tout de même, car le Togo a toujours été un adversaire très redoutable pour les khmers. Surtout avec un Adebayor inspiré, ça va faire dur dur…
jdaniel,euroboy,Donpetit,i will want to thank you all for your contibution,but lets give a big hand to Omega although i will strike with him,i think OBAMA has said it all.what i wanna say is that we cameroonians are all coaches of the national team,we know more than the coach himself,this is something that is in us.For me ngog is no player,i play more than him,i dont have anything against him,i am not making any publicity,i play for a second division in Asia,but i think i like my country more than Ngog,he is an average player in a big team,we cameroonians like to judge players from where they play,when Geremi was in madrid,chelsea,we all loved him and apreciated what he did with Wome,i think some of you guys have diferent opinion about players,look at Webo who scored 3 goals against Ivory Coast in abidjan,his name was everywhere,even while with ousasuna he did a good job,why should we point fingers at him now ?B4 the togo match,still on this site,more than 80% of cameroonians said assou ekotto should go,now that he has done a good job,his place is cemented,why not give a chance to this young guy PLG has called.As i said before,we cameroonians just like to see some one playing in a big team,the uy in Germany is not even getting first team chance to play,but since he scored against bayern,everyone wanna see him play with the lions.

J’avais fait la même remarque que toi quant au niveau de la langue que nous autres internautes devraient utiliser en voulant nous exprimer ici. J’ai laissé entendre à DON PETIT qu’il serait préférable d’écrire soit en français soit en anglais. Vu que nous avons affaire à une tribune à caractère mondial, j’ai aussi dit que les internautes pouvaient s’exprimer en espagnol, ou en allemand et pourquoi pas en italien ? Il faut élever le niveau de débat chez CAMFOOT y compris ce que les journalistes écrivent.
En matière de ballon rond, je ne sais pourquoi les gens qui sont restés au pays et certains complexés hors du triangle national ont cette fixation avec les joueurs de 2e zone dans des pays tels que l’Allemagne et l’Angleterre ?
Pour ceux qui ne le savent pas, les entraîneurs dans les deux pays cités plus haut ne prennent guère des joueurs africains pure source au sérieux. Il faut d’abord se prouver ailleurs avant qu’ils ne songent à enrôler vos services et parfois moyennant des conditions de misère par rapport aux autochtones. On a vu les Song Bahanag, Geremi Njitap, Salomon Kalou et même DD sur les bancs de touche alors qu’ils méritaient mieux que certains de leurs collègues issus des pays de l’UE. Si un David Ngog qui est considéré comme joueur de l’espace européen est souvent au banc ou n’est même pas dans la feuille de match à Liverpool, cela veut dire qu’il n’est pas aussi fort que certains internautes ne le laissent croire. Je me rappelle d’un joueur d’origine hollandaise qui se moquait de Cyril Makanaky avant le match d’ouverture du mondial italien en juin 1990. Il évoluait à l’époque avec Cyril à Toulon où ce dernier fut souvent aligné comme remplaçant. Et pourtant Makanaky nous a remis ça. L’invité hollandais avait été contraint de la fermer lors de son résumé dudit match.Le complexe d’infériorité, quand tu nous tiens !
Nkoko, continue à travailler davantage, petit frère. L’un de ces quatre jours tu vas taper sous l’œil d’un entraîneur italien et il te donnera ta chance. Ne te décourage surtout pas !
En tant que cadre, il m’est arrivé de faire 100 demandes d’emploi pour n’avoir que 5 à 6 entretiens. La plupart de mes compères blancs ne subissent pas pareil sort. Patrick Vieira a bien résumé le sort des Africains en Occident en insistant sur le fait que si SEF ou DD étaient originaires de l’Europe ou de l’Amérique du Sud, ils auraient gagné le ballon d’or européen depuis belle lurette ! Merci pour l’espace que vous m’offrez pour dire un petit mot pour nos chers lions et son équipe d’encadreurs... il se dit que notre jeune frère Ngog que nous revendiquons est annoncé du coté des espoirs francais... n’est ce pas là une couverture de le gouen pour sa patrie qui veut s’attacher des services du jeune prodige ? que font nos encadreurs et ceux de l’équipe ? quand on sait que bien de joueurs jeunes surtout ont regagné cette équipe aujourd’hui grace à la collaboration de certains anciens lions qui ont eu l’occasion de se frotter à eux dans le championnat... le cas du jeune bassong en ait un exemple fort et récent... nous voulons la continuité èfficace donc nous devons savoir enticiper en intégrant toutes les forces possibles... nous avons besoin de notre frère Ngog nous le voulons à tout prix assurer vos responsabilités
